Designed and fabricated a Fluid Flow Simulation Bench tailored to Auchi Polytechnic’s needs, enabling demonstration of fluid dynamics in a controlled and visible setup.

• Transparent pipe sections for observing flow patterns (laminar vs turbulent).
• Adjustable pump system to vary flow rates across different test configurations.
• Integrated pressure gauges and manometers to capture pressure drops.
• Modular flow control valves and pipe elements (elbows, expansions, contractions).
• Removable fittings for studying component-specific head losses.
• Recirculating water system with sediment trap and filtration unit.
